Andre Callender is the Chief Executive Officer of Dynasty Commercial Cleaning LLC which was established in 2017, as a family-owned cleaning business that services commercial facilities.
He was a football player in college and then became an athletic coach. He later decided to be a teacher because of his desire to work with children. For 5 years he would clean schools during summer time to earn extra income which influenced him to build his own cleaning business.
He upholds and exercises the core values daily which are to have fun, be honest, commit to becoming a responsible person, be passionate about what he does, and become an effective leader to employees and partners/clients. He always believes that there are 3 keys to success which are to focus on what you want, serve others and focus on the important things.
